Technology Transfer Legislation Introduced in Indian Parliament

The Indian Parliament has introduced much awaited technology transfer legislation in the Rajyha Sabha, the upper chamber of the bicameral legislature. Bill No. LXVI of 2008 is entitled: "The Protection and Utilisation of Public Funded Intellectual Property Bill, 2008." Now that the bill has been made public, we are also sharing it here.
