What is BayhDole25?

BayhDole25 is a not-for-profit organization with a pending application for 501(C)(3) status. We are a non-governmental organization that will provide educational resources, relating to the U.S. Bayh-Dole Act of 1980 and related United States and international technology transfer legislation. The primary goal is education. BayhDole25 seeks to promote an understanding of the changes the law instituted and continues to inspire as it begins its second quarter-century. Through the educational materials it creates, BayhDole25 will both look back at the first 25 years of implementation and inspiration and also look forward to identify opportunities for the future and overcome potential obstacles.
